ANYBODY WOULD DO ANYTHING TO STOP WAR CRIMES?

I need just two seconds to know that civilians murder is not any good answer to "whatever" had happened in Georgia.

The world is watching olympic games and wouldn´t be a best occasion to make a move.

WE the people, need to know that there is a minimun of conscience, a little bit of remorse, of feelings in our politician´s guts that make them act about what is happening in Georgia.

I don´t care about the russian´s interests of controling oil conductions or whatever reasons they would like to say. The reality is that people homes are being bombed by russian Army and everybody seem to be narcotized.

WOULD BE SO DIFFICULT TO EXPEL RUSSIA OF THE OLYMPIC GAMES???

I transcribe and translate the letter that a Spanish civilian association Basta ya has elaborate to protest about an ordinary mistake made by those that only know ETA by hearsay.

Please read the letter, sign it if you think it´s right and pass it!

Mr. Manfred NOVAK, Special Rapporteur on Torture, in his Rapport of 21 March 2006 to the Commission on Human Rights on “Civil and Political Rights, including the Questions of Detention and Torture”, on page 63, paragraph 292, with respect to Spain he labelled the prisoners of ETA, “basque political prisoners ”.
We consider it unacceptable that within the United Nations some remarkable representatives of the Secretary General, like the Special Rapporteur against Torture Mr. NOVAK, ignore the real situation of a State visited by a UN' organ competent on human rights and consequently consider as “political prisoners” persons who are terrorists.

Please click on the link and read the whole letter. Nowadays there is no political prisioners in Spain, we have made possible a democracy where everybody can defend his political views. But Spanish people believe that killing persons to defend a political view is not admissible in a democratic system.

Bad times for democracy when people shout for freedom at any time.

There are plenty of journalist denouncing the lack of freedom, and the gap of justice that Spanish citizenship is suffering.

It seems that in Europe are not concerning about what is happening here, but the truth is worse than that. The control that government wants to apply to us is the easiest way to control population. It is a matter of time that the system will be exported

DEMONSTRATIONS IN SPAIN

Nine years ago Miguel Angel Blanco was murdered after being kidnaped by ETA. The assassin gang gave 48 hours to Spanish government to move all ETA convict to jails within the vasque territory.
This behaviour move the guts of avery Spanish person, the political side of the assassins was suffering the temper of their neighbourgs. For a while people stopped to be afraid and shout to them "ASSASSINS", really they were out of society. But PNV first and later PSOE came to their help. Anyhow this is a sample of what happened yesterday in more than 20 Spanish cities where there were demosntrations to honour Miguel Angel´s memory and to tell the government not to give up to the killers of other Spanish citizens.

SPANISH GOVERMMENT EXPLAIN HIS TERRORIST POLICY

Mr Jose Blanco is visiting USA to explain Spanish Government position with terrorist group ETA. His words have something like that "we are having a good feeling with the people belonging to this group". Having a good feeling talking with serial killers. They have no remorse about what they have done, specially because it is paying them back.
Besides all the propaganda that the group is sending since long time ago (I was living at Philadelphia so I knew what kind of distorting facts they have been sent). The fact is there is no time in History when the territory of the Vasque Autonomy have been independent. Anyone that knows a little of genetics will agree with me that the fact of having a big proportion of any marker is due to the fact that the territory is surrounded by mountains. Anybody knows that in islands or not easy accessible places this kind of genetic artifacts happens.
There is nothing that living in a democratic society you can not talk about. But if you are talking with a gun or a bomb next to you the dialogue is no as free as it must be. They are demanding the incorporation of another pieces of Spain to what they called Euskalerria, and to complete the picture the next step is to demand a piece of French territory. Look the way this gang of democratic people use to talk or to act.

ANTITERRORIST ACTION BETWEEN FRENCH JUDGE AND SPANISH JUGDE

Last week a French judge Le Vert organize the capture of ETA’s leaders in France. It happened just after the assassin gang talked about France making any move to admit what ETA is asking for.
But judge Le Vert decided to be honest and called her colleagues at the Spanish government to let them know what she was about to do in the next few hours. What happen after that call I don’t know, maybe Judge le Vert has any clue, but the people that was about to be arrested escaped.
Last week curiously, Spanish police escort a ETA messenger that carry more than 60000 Є from extortion to business and people. This information was on Monday in a newspaper.
On Tuesday Judge Le Vert in conjunction with Spanish judge Grande Marlaska arrested a number of individuals involved in extortion and financial system of ETA.
Good news, you might think as I did. Two ministers of the government were complaining about how could affect to negotiation with ETA, so there are people that don’t think that arrest terrorist is a good action. They keep saying that verification prove that ETA is inactive. Well I don’ t have access to the document, but if they keep active the financial system is because don’t think to stop terrorist actions
