ANTITERRORIST ACTION BETWEEN FRENCH JUDGE AND SPANISH JUGDE

Last week a French judge Le Vert organize the capture of ETA’s leaders in France. It happened just after the assassin gang talked about France making any move to admit what ETA is asking for.
But judge Le Vert decided to be honest and called her colleagues at the Spanish government to let them know what she was about to do in the next few hours. What happen after that call I don’t know, maybe Judge le Vert has any clue, but the people that was about to be arrested escaped.
Last week curiously, Spanish police escort a ETA messenger that carry more than 60000 Є from extortion to business and people. This information was on Monday in a newspaper.
On Tuesday Judge Le Vert in conjunction with Spanish judge Grande Marlaska arrested a number of individuals involved in extortion and financial system of ETA.
Good news, you might think as I did. Two ministers of the government were complaining about how could affect to negotiation with ETA, so there are people that don’t think that arrest terrorist is a good action. They keep saying that verification prove that ETA is inactive. Well I don’ t have access to the document, but if they keep active the financial system is because don’t think to stop terrorist actions

ELECTIONS TO ACEPT NEW AUTONOMY LAW

The politians have said that Catalonians demand a new law, that the desire of a big majority was more self-government. It was as usual in this government a big lie.
Abstention was 50,6%, meaning that half of population didn’t give a shit about the reform of the autonomy law.
The electoral campaign, that I have already talked about, was illegal and the Electoral Authorities were asking to the govern to withdraw the slogans, not to call for participation only inform about the day the election would take place and mailing votation system. The autonomic government wanted to extent election time two days first (Sunday and Monday) and after been said no then to 10 pm on Sunday

All media system (6 TV national channels, and 3 autonomic ones, all newspapers but one and all radio channels but one) were promoting participation. Only 49,4% of population did vote yesterday. Did´t look quite driven by the new law, did they?
I have a Swedish friend, who taught me that a level of abstention bigger than 25% it was considerer a disaster in his country, that I consider one democratic system to look at.
We have doubled it and President Zapatero said yesterday that one remarkable point is the abstention level is normal. The law that will became in use asap.
There must be a joke in it and I can’t see it, only 36% of population vote YES to this autonomic law and the president of the Nation says it is a big success! I must meet my swedish friend to get another democracy lesson!

PRESS RELEASE OF CATALUÑA’S CITIZENS

Cataluña’s Citizens wants to do a call to citizenship, suggesting them to considere about serious conditions which referendum campaign have been developed and worrying damages that freedom of speech and nationalism dissidents citizen’s security.
This is the message that a electoral group of citizens have been force to release after being third time attack by nationalism followers this week.
To let you know a bit about the process, I have to inform that the referendum is illegal as convocation was done by the autonomic government and not by the nation government and it has not the signature of the King. All of them were legal requirements and in order to guarantee legality any government (autonomic, national, federal or whatever) must follow the law, don’t you think so?

EU and terrorist groups

The EU is astonished about the Spanish government deciding to talk to terrorist gang ETA.
The truth is even worse than anything you can think about. On June, the 5^th 2003 EU decided to include Batasuna in the terrorist group list, after consider it as the political arm of ETA.
In Spain the Supreme Court decide to ilegalize Batasuna/ETA on the basis of the Parties Law approved on June, the 2^nd 2002.
Parties Law was approved with the votes of PP and PSOE together, the leader of the PSOE was at that time Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero. The law was consider a tool, specially to make the violent people to understand that there was no way out of the law. No public money or grants was granted to their associations. What happened was that the violence was lessen gradually and in Spain most of the citizens were happy to see terrorism and violence diminish under a legal system. I have to remark that we have a very sad episode in our history when one government decided to end with ETA using contraterrorism.

After the 11M terrorist attack the PSOE won the elections and Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero became the prime minister. Since he arrived to the government, instead of keeping the system that he helped to make he is attacking it hardly. The last movement is to say that he accepted that his representative in the Vasque Autonomy. When the judge was trying to keep the law, the General Attorney said that Justice have to be flexible and take into account the conditions.

What is really happen is that the political arm of ETA keeps saying, in any paper or publication that they can, that the only thing they can talk about is about politics, because to try them to forget about their principles is to try them to surrender. So for them if the president accept to talk to them who is surrendering is the president of Spain.

Many Spanish are thinking now, and horrified too, why the president is running to hug the assassins of 1000 Spanish men, women and children. They had out bombs in apartment buildings killing families, in malls, in the street, in cars. They had kidnapped one man for 525 days keeping him in a hole of 2x3 meters. What this people know about the past that can blackmail him so hard.

His political vindications include that another Autonomy of Spain, whose citizenship do not want to be part of Vasque, will became a part of Euskady, and the other big vindication is to include a French territory. Of course the plan is be a part of the EU, be aware EU because if you admit this monster you are admitting a system that exclude the population that do not agree with them.

ETA tries to subjugate another country

Now that Spanish government is surrendering to ETA terrorism, they are feeling stronger than ever (quite funny if you think that in 2004 they were weaker than ever). So they dare to say to French what to do to resolve the vasque problem. I would feel proud if I were French, seeing the ways the French government has answered to the assassins.

The sad part is that Spanish government keeps showing the gang and the representatives as a peace makers, for God sake! They have just killed 1000 Spanish citizens during last 30 years just to put enough dead people on the conversation table. Do someone think that this is the way a peace maker acts?

The assassin gang is asking for international monitoring of the process, today I believe that no other country would like to be a part of this no sense

On the other hand it is impossible not to remember during long time people belonging to ETA gang always found shelter in France.

Guess where could happen

There were a political meeting the leader (party A), that two days before was expulse of a market while some butchers and bakers shouted "fascist" and throwing eggs.

The party that governs instead of condemn the act, says that the political ideology of the party is causing the reaction.

The day before the leader of another party, a Citizens’ Union (party B) was injured by a youngters that accused them not to feel the way they feel.

When other members of the party A were participating in other acts they were also attack because as the attackers proclaimed they do not feel as patriots as they do. A woman of party A had just received a death threaten.

None of the other four democratic parties condemned with no debts the attacks, they always justified the attacks on the basis of feelings and patriotism.

Today the citizens that went to a meeting of party A received the leader shouting "freedom", "freedom", they just want to be free to feel and talk what they want.

Do you have a slight idea of where could happen this kind of things? South America, Asia, Europe? Ha! This could not be serious, this kind of things do not happen in Europe in the XXI century!

This is happening today, yesterday and the day before in Spain, to be more precise in Cataluña. People is ticketed just to use Spanish language in their shops or business, is attacked if show a way of thinking different of nationalism.

Would you believe same behaviour had happened on the referendum for European Constitution and supporters of voting NO were attacked? The democracy in Spain is in danger, some parties want to impose unique thinking.
